This Regional Office is situated in Western Maharashtra Region in Kolhapur District. It jurisdiction is Kolhapur and Sangli District. This Regional Office was started in the year 1978 in view to provide Agriculture related services to the farmers. The turnover of this office has been consistently satisfactory as both the Agriculture seasons are active in this part of Maharashtra. Major Crops in Kolhapur are Sugarcane, Paddy, Soybean, Groundnut and Sugarcane, Jowar, Grapes, Pomegranate, Bajara, Soybean in Sangli District. Also the milk collection in Kolhapur District is 18 Lakh Ltrs and 11 Lakh Ltrs in Sangli District. Hence, our activities, i.e. Fert, Pest, Agro Engg, Animal Feed have a good scope in this area. Also, NOGA sales are growing from last 2 to 3 years in this area. Presently our office is situated at 517 E, Tararani Chowk, Kawal Naka Kolhapur.
